Our high-energy school programs are exclusive to pupils of the host school, with places strictly limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Avoid the Joining Fee

Our booking platform runs a system-wide setup. To ensure our school parents face zero unnecessary costs, please follow these system rules at checkout:

First-Time Members: The official club kit is completely optional for your first term. Standard school PE kits are perfectly acceptable.

Bypassing the Fee: When the system asks, "Is your child a new member of Cruz Sports Coaching?", you must select NO. This prevents the system from automatically adding the joining fee to your basket.

Returning Members: From your second term onwards, the £70 Joining Fee Package will apply. This fully covers their premium, personalized custom reversible club kit (with their name on the back to keep), lifelong sports insurance, and club admin setup as they progress into our tournament pathways.

Essential Club Guidelines (Quick Summary)

The Venue & Weather: Sessions take place in the Junior Playground or the indoor sports hall/small gym. If outdoor sessions are cancelled due to heavy rain, no refunds are issued, but missed sessions will be credited to your account if you rejoin next term. Sessions cancelled due to coach absence are always fully refunded or credited.

Medical & Info: Parents must provide the child full name, parent contact number, and details of any medical conditions upon booking.

Payments: All payments must be completed online, via bank transfer, or by contactless reader. No cash payments are accepted.

Belongings: Participant belongings must be kept safe, individually labeled, and stored away from the active playing area (in classrooms or lockers).

Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you wish to withdraw your child, you must notify us before the date of the third scheduled session to receive a refund for the remaining lessons. No refunds are issued after the third session has passed, or for general missed classes and personal holidays. Full refunds or alternative sessions are always guaranteed if Cruz has to cancel a block.
