Team Training is for those kids who are ready to get their first taste of competitive basketball, training and competing with players that are much more developed.

- The intensity of these sessions is much higher. Discipline and 100% effort are expected at all times with the goal of ensuring participants are truly ready for the Community Basketball League competition.

- Team Training sessions will not be open to all. A participant MUST be selected. This means that they have displayed all the qualities of a promising basketball player. Being disciplined, persistent, well-skilled…these are just a few of the qualities which we look for.

Each age group will consist of 12-15 players. Please note that being included on the roster does NOT guarantee that the participant will play in every game. We as coaches on game day must select the players we feel will get us the win. These players will be in the rotation of players that we’ll frequently sub in and out.

- In order for a player to get into the rotation, they must continue to work hard and display the level of play that their coach is looking for. A player who is in the rotation can also be removed from it if they begin to display traits that we believe are detrimental to the personal growth as a young man/young woman and basketball player.
